1) All desirous candidates for seeking admission must register offline before the last date. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.

Note:

• The prospectus and registration fee receipt must be produced when asked.
• Registration does not guarantee admission.

2) Admission Criteria

(a) Nursery to Class I – based on age criteria notified via advertisement.
(b) Other classes – admission test and/or personal interaction.
3) Selected students list will be published on the website (www.opjsrgh.in). Selected students must comply with the admission procedure; otherwise, admission will be canceled and waiting list updated.

4) Compliance with Admission Procedure

(a) Documents to be verified:

• Birth Certificate (Nursery, KG-I & KG-II)
• PEN, APAAR ID, UDISE code of previous school
• Transfer Certificate (An undertaking required)
• Employee’s ID (if applicable)
• Two passport size photographs
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• Previous 2 years marksheets (Class II onwards)
• Aadhar card copy
• Vaccination certificate
