O.P. Jindal School is committed to train the appreciation of physical health and moral fortitude through the challenge and adventure of outdoor pursuits. Our lessons are fun, challenging and competitive. Our students leave school with an excellent understanding of how to lead healthy, active lifestyles and a desire to channel their time and energy into developing new skills. Our students are encouraged to be competitive and at the same time have a keen sense of sports man spirit and leadership. Adventure sports provide the students an opportunity to learn about the flora and fauna of the area, interact with people and be one with nature. A physical fitness programme of PT, Yoga, meditation and aerobics is provided to the students in school.
